Traffic Systems Construction, Inc. was incorporated in July of 1999 in the state of Texas by Steve Kass and Jesse Martinez. Owner Steve Kass has 40+ years experience in the industry.
2/21/2025 Jesse Martinez passed away. Jesse Martinez served the company as president & co-founder for 25 years. He and Steve Kass were friends for 30+ years, he is missed dearly at TSCI.
